Refund application policy

To submit a return application:

1. Download a sample of the required letter for a refund:
   Refund letter for early departure
   Refund letter for cancellation
2. Print it out, fill it out, sign it and take a photo
3. Fill out the form below
4. Attach photographs of the completed return letter sample, a photo of your ID or passport, as well as a receipt or other document confirming payment
5. Click the “Submit” button.
