Payment and refund

The cost of rooms in rubles and dollars is indicated approximately and depends on the exchange rate on the day of payment.

The hotel guarantees booking only on condition of advance payment.

Ways of payment:

•  Online payment, the manager will send you an electronic invoice.
• Online payment through website
• Through a bank: payment of the hotel bill in any branch of the bank of Kazakhstan or Russia – at the request of the guest, Shymbulak Resort Hotel issues an invoice for 50% of the cost of accommodation services.

Payment upon check-in (at the hotel reception) is possible:

• cash: only in national currency (tenge)
• bank card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
