Payment and refund

The cost of rooms in rubles and dollars is indicated approximately and depends on the exchange rate on the day of payment.

The hotel guarantees booking only on condition of advance payment.

Ways of payment:

1. When booking on the website;
2. Via an electronic invoice, which will be sent to your email address (or WhatsApp);
3. Through the bank, by paying the invoice issued by the hotel in the guest’s name at any bank branch in Kazakhstan;
4. At the hotel reception in any way convenient for you (cash or bank card).

Payment upon check-in (at the hotel reception) is possible:

• cash: only in national currency (tenge)
• bank card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
